Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Worst Customer Service And Bugs!!
WEST SPRINGFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS -- Bob's Discount Furniture is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My husband and I ordered Bunk beds for our two boys. When we left the store the salesman said he didn't have a delivery date yet and when the bunk beds came in they would then schedule a delivery. Ok so 3 weeks had passed on the 4th week I called to see where the beds were. I was transferred around the store a bunch of times. Only for them to tell me "well it's not here yet, but it's coming in next week." So here we are on week # 6 and still nothing. I called them yesterday and I got the same run around...transfer around the store a bunch of times and then AGAIN....."well the computer says it will be here next week!" So being all pissed off I decided to searched google for reviews on bobs. I'm so glad I did!!! I found that bob has infested many people's houses with BED BUGS!!!Not just from beds but, couches, and rugs also. That's defiantly something I DON'T want in my house!! I called today to cancel our order and was given the same run around when I told them I wanted to cancel. Put on hold and every time the phone would ring from being on hold forever they would pick it back up and place on hold again!!! This is the WORST customer service I have ever seen by FAR!!
So Bob you can keep your low priced bunk beds and your disgusting BED BUGS!!! I Will gladly pay a higher prices for BUG FREE furniture and better customer service.
