AAA Complaint - Bad customer service 2 years in a row!
CRANBERRY, PENNSYLVANIA -- 2009 we planned a vacation to Mexico Family resort. Booked entire trip then the swine flu hits. AAA dropped all service w us and we handled everything including re-imbersments, pass port info., re booking entire vacation for 5 to FL instead because there was nothing AAA could do!
2010 we book flight for 5 back to FL using AAA. We get to the airport 2 hrs early and we are told AAA cancelled our flights 1 day after we made them. We had a $1300 credit. I booked the last flight into FL for my family and tried to call AAA services but there is not a AAA service open before 10am. AAA blames airlines when I spoke w several representatives from airline and it is clearly AAA's fault.
To date AAA has been a disappointment and they have lost our business.
