Discount Overhead Garage Door Service Complaint - Run Away From These People

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- [snip - no names please] the sales person gave me a bid to install two new garage door at my home. I gave him a deposit via a personal check on 5/5/2010 to order the doors. My check was cashed at a money tree facility. [snip] has not returned my calls or responded to my e-mails at garagedoorguy1@Comcast.net to him.

I tried the other two phone numbers printed on their bid papers (206-601-7597) and (253-212-7004)but get only their answering machines and [snip] does not return my calls.

The first promised date to the door to be installed was 5/14/2010. Then it was moved to 5/21/2010. It was again moved to 5/26/2010. I have not heard from [them] since the last date.

These are a few names this guy goes by. I have the same complaint. He had the job almost finished and said he would come back next week. Like an idiot I paid him in full and 3 months later he hasn't shown up.
