Nuvox Complaint - Nuvox by far the worst in customer service and professionalism

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- Nuvox does NOT take pride in their customer service nor do the customer service representatives act professionally. I submitted a carrier transfer from Nuvox to Ring Central two months ago and only now have they agreed to transfer the number. Every time I submitted, Nuvox found a reason to decline the transfer and bill me for yet another month of service. I am disgusted with the way I was treated by the customer service representatives. They basically told me that I had to suck it up and deal with it because there was nothing they could do to help me. I had one good experience with a representative in the 20 times I called and when I called back to speak with him, the representative I was connected to refused to transfer me. She was completely unprofessional and the company allowed her to be. I had no luck in trying to speak with management and was told on more than one occasion that a manager would call me back, do you think they called me back? You guessed right, NO one called me back. I do not recommend this company to anyone as they are the WORST when it comes to dealing with customer's concerns. Please do not choose Nuvox, I'd be surprised if they were in business for much longer due to the way they deal with their customers.
