Efaucets.com Complaint - Ripped off
4061 N. MAIN STREET SUITE 110, WISCONSIN -- I placed an order on 4/26/10 for a faucet at the cost of $175.50. Website indicated they had 30 in stock and should arrive to my home in 4-7 days. Well needless to say, I never got a tracking number after 8 days and decided to call. After waiting over 30mins on hold, I got tired of holding and decided to e-mail cust service for status and was suppose to get a response within 24hrs. Nothing! I let 7 more days go by...nothing. I go online and decide to chat with a cust service rep., after waiting 15mins online, I get someone. I explain my situation and was told that the faucet was on backorder and would take 3-4 WEEKS before the company would ship out. I was disgusted! I asked why I was not notified that the item was on backorder? I have a sink with a broken faucet and I'm expecting a faucet no later than a week and a half to arrive. When I ordered back in April it indicated they had 30 in stock. I cancel my order and told them I wanted a full refund. Well you guessed it, I did not get a full refund. I got $25 less! This site makes you believe they have items in stock and they do not. They do not communicate with you by email or phone as promised, HORRIBLE customer service and want to charge you for that. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. I have purchased many things online for years and NEVER had I dealt with something like this or so called "cust serv" and been ripped off. I am now on the phone to find out why they feel they are keeping $25 of my money. On hold for 36 minutes now and still counting. THE WORST ONLINE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! STAY FAR AWAY!
