Best Buy Informative - Pathetic Customer Service
AJAX -- We purchased a TV with a 4 year warranty. Our warranty was up by 4 weeks. Our TV broke and I went to Best Buy to find out what they could do for us. The TV is only 4 years old and it should not break period. Let alone 4 weeks past its expiry date. They agreed it should not break..but nothing about the four weeks
I first went to the store got nothing but poor service from the manager. Called 1-866-Best Buy again nothing but rude service. Went to 2 supervisor again nothing but rude service. I have never dealt with such ignorant staff in my life. I wrote letters to the customer service department. I received two emails back identical. Obviously form letters. Received a email questioning my ability in the customer service. Who is the customer here?
I suggested they stop telling me what they can't do for me and start telling me what they can do for me. I highly suggest that no one should by from Best Buy. They do not stand behind there product or there name or the CUSTOMERS. Unfortunately we are just a blip on there map.
