NextRX Complaint - Not all Mail Pharmacys are the same

Review by tiredoflies on 2010-06-02
CINCINNATTI, OHIO -- I have Anthem BCBS whose mail RX is NextRX. My prescriptions were to be $15.00 a piece. NextRx called me and told me that I owed them $352.22 for four prescriptions. I asked them to mail the presciption back to me because I can get it filled much cheaper at Wal-mart. They said they would and It has been a fight ever since. If they tell you they are going to overnight a RX, DON'T BELEIVE THEM. They lie. You will run out of your medication and they don't care because you aren't getting it filled by them. And you can never talked to a supervisor that is educated and mature enough to handle a situation. Take the easy road and don't even deal with them. Go somewhere where you can see the person and talk to them. What about one of those nice family owned pharmacies. They may cost alittle more, but Mr. Paul knows me by name and would never do this to me and would never let one of his employees.
