Time Warner Cable Complaint - Unreliable, Overpriced, always breaking down
CINCINNATI -- Well, Time warner Cable just increased it's prices, and rewarded me with yet another system crash. My system crashes at least once a week, and often on a daily bases. The fix is a frustrating 5-10 minutes of unplugging the system and waiting for it to re-boot. There is no point in calling customer service, as the wait times usually exceed the time it takes to reboot the system myself, and, of course, all they do is reboot the system remotely, and offer a service call about 3-4 days hence.
This is just a horrible product. I am counting the days until our phone company installs fiber optics and I can finally wave goodbye to that flashing 0000 as my cable box goes through yet another re-boot.
