Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Cox Cable charges for cable boxes even though they are returned
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA -- I cancelled my cable back in September 2008. April 20, 2010 I received a bill for 1181.00 for non returned boxes. I returned them myself 4 weeks after I cancelled my cable. I have contacted Cox cable customer service agents and they told me that it would take 4 weeks to investigate the return boxes. After the 4 weeks I contacted them and they said that they didn't have a answer for me yet. It has now been 42 days and still no response. I have been promised that a supervisor would be in touch me with to help me sort this out. To this day I still have not heard from a supervisor. I have had no other option, but to send them a check in order not to risk my great credit. They have delayed the process so long that they have no desire to help me clear up there mistake.
