Genesis Steam Carpet Complaint - Not Satisfied - Carpet Cleaning

LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- I recently moved into the area, and instead of using a company I have used for years, I decided to go with a local business. The couple that showed up were polite. When I asked if he owned the business he replied that his brother or brother in law did, I don't remember. He seemed rather in a hurry when cleaning the carpet. Rather than using long slow deliberate pulls, it was short, choppy and random.

As the carpet dried I noticed areas that looked missed. I thought maybe it was still damp, but after a week I was concerned about the quality of this job. It was almost two weeks before I called. I think I recognized the voice answering the call as the women who was at my house. She started giving me reasons why she can't help me, so I decided any further conversation when he was going no where. I called back and left a message for the owner to get back to me, and I am still waiting.

I am 62 years old, on disability and with a fixed income. This $65 I waisted could have been put to better use. The carpet looks worse now than it did before.
