Priceline.com Complaint - Pricey price to pay
I tried to book a car rental. At 4:56 I receive an email saying thank you for the rental, you will be billed. At 4:59 I receive an email saying "important car unavailable". I make reservations with another company based on the last email I receive. Days later I'm charged by Priceline. I call to fix it and they will not help me. They are unfair, they lied in their email, their emails were not clear. I will never use Priceline again I can't afford to pay their mistake and yet I'm forced to. Don't piss on my back and tell me it's raining.
