Fax.com Complaint - FAX.COM Don't sign up!

HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- I tried the 30 day free trial for 2 weeks and cancelled. Three months later, I am charged $9.99 for service. According to the credit card company, they tried charging the account every 3 days. I have tried contacting FAX.com and cannot speak to a live person. I have submitted another cancellation and requested the refund be sent to me immediately. They have not. Do not use them due to their cancellation challenges and lack of customer support.

Prior to submitting this, I tried again to resolve over the phone. I reached the sales department and they directed me to Lori. Lori refused to refund the charges. I then informed her of this report being submitted and read my comments to her. She has now placed me on hold to speak to her supervisor. Lori is now transferring me to Level 2. I was given a reference number 00031096. I was placed on hold for 4 minutes before I spoke with Noren. Before being refunded, I have to email both confirmations that the service was cancelled.

AGAIN - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I had Fax.com for work purposes last year. After 6 months, my job changed and I no longer required it. I canceled it via my online account (kept the confirmation email just in case) and never heard another word from them again. That sucks that you're having such a hard time with them. I guess I got lucky.
