DirecTV Inc Complaint - Early Termination Fees
Been a DirectTV subscriber for approximately 6 months on a 2 year agreement. At month 7 they hit me with a fee increase, I called them to tell them I did not agree with the fee increase since I was already in a 2 year contract. They didn't care and was unwilling to reverse the fee increase. I canceled my contract stating I didn't agree with their increase and didn't want to continue with their service. They attempted to charge me an early termination fee, which I fought, spoke to several representatives. Every time I spoke to them it was like starting over from the beginning. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Bottom line this company is absolutly the worst to deal with, why have a contract.
Bottom line my opinion is NOT to ever engage with this company, poor customer service.
