At@t Complaint - Bad customer service

DALLAS, TEXAS -- I have been with at @t for the past 3 years about 4 months ago I did upgrade my cell phone since I got the new phone I have had nothing but problems
today I went to their store at 9100 n centerl exp way the clerk JUSE LOZANO
was at the front door he told me it will take 5 days to replace my phone eventhough I have insurence and the phone never worked from the start. i told him {this is the only phone I have }and I have to have a replacement phone today Juse SLAMMED my cell phone on the counter and walked away
i was very disappointed with the customer service does AT@T really care ?
