Kroger Complaint - Kroger return policy=FAIL
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- I went to one store today to return some OTC allergy meds the family no longer needs. NONE of the products were opened, NONE used, NONE expired plus I had ALL 3 receipts for them. Four days earlier the same store, a different associate, returned one OTC, in same conditions as above, with no hassle. This time since as said by the 'customer service' (term used loosely)rep said she had to call the Manager because it was over $20. She called;he said not to the return over the phone. I asked to speak with him. I asked to see a return policy; one CSR said 'well we used to have a yellow sign." NOT). He begrudgingly returned only my $8 (two $4)Kroger Brand med--I guess I couldn't compromise that or were they not so expensive? WHAT. Is it okay to spend thousands of dollars there but not return $50 of unused, unopened, non-expired items with receipts?! KROGER = FAIL.
