The Great Escape Complaint - Unhappy with the General manager and service dept.!

BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS -- We have been doing business with The Great Escape for 3 years and never been dissatisfied until now! On June 1 2010 we went to get a new pool liner spoke with the Store Manager(SM) we told him we needed a 28ft pool liner he informed us there was no such pool size as a 28ft round pool that there was a 27ft round pool so since he is the expert we ordered and paid $339.41 for this liner. We went and picked it up on 6-3-2010 and brought it home and on 6-7-2010 had 6 friends over to help us install! Guess what it does not fit. So now brings us to today 6-8-2010 I called and spoke to another man at first and left a message for SM to return my call since he was with a customer waited 45 minutes no return call so I called back spoke with another man told him our problem he told me that there was no such thing as a 28ft liner #2 salesman then he put SM on the phone I told SM what happen and SM informed me AGIAN that there was no such thing as a 28ft pool that we needed to let the liner sit in the sun and stretch it! He will not return our money or exchange the product! Now I have called Chicago and Peoria Stores and wow they have a 28ft liner!!! But we are out of the money! This is a very poor service and a business we do not need here in Bloomington Illinois so pool owners Beware with dealing with this store go somewhere else.
