Time Warner Complaint - There Are No Words For How Awful Time Warner Cable's Service Is!!
I am right now PISSED OFF and on hold for the millionth time with Time Warner. Last year I got scanty internet service for basically 9 months! This year, it's the cable that doesn't work - I haven't been able to have a normal experience watching television in over a month! A week ago a tech came and gave me a new box that was defective - it stopped working properly that night. I couldn't get an appointment for another week when I tried to make one and I was informed by 2 different incompetent, rude, and ignorant reps that I would be charged if I wanted a new box! One representative even went so far as to tell me that if he troubleshooted with me and something went wrong, I would be charged for it! When I yelled, "are you KIDDING me?!" he hung up - then I had to call back and wait almost half an hour to complain to a supervisor who informed me that he knows "a lot of the reps can be like that". Nice! To top it off, 2 years ago when I was moved into my new apartment, I was totally stood up by cable. I had taken off a day of work and had to reschedule for the net day.
They didn't come the next day, either. I cannot believe that this atrocious company is still in business! Time Warner is the ABSOLUTE WORST company of ever having the displeasure of dealing with!
