DirecTV Inc Complaint - Customer Service?? They dont have a clue.
I just ran my cell battery flat being on hold for so long, so I got the house portable and tried again,,another 2 hrs. and another dead battery!! with no contact with their customer service. Obviously 3 hrs. plus of putting a customer on hold is an acceptable practice to them, I can gaurentee right now this will not be forgotten when renewal time comes along, and this isn't the first time this sort of thing has happened, and I still can't get them to cancel my "Starz" subscription, I gave up on that one.
