DirecTV Inc Complaint - Worst customer in the country!
Direct TV has to have the WORST customer service in the entire country! Had a problem this morning, spent one hour trying to contact them, could only reach an automated message that cut me off every time after I answered about 20 questions! I tried every phone # I could find for them, , including the hearing impaired and new customers. Finally I e mailed them and requested a number to reach a live person. 12 hours later I got a response telling me I'd get an e mail response in 48 hours!!! UNREAL, that in this day and age, in this economy where you'd thing companies would be trying harder, a 15 year customer can be treated like we live in a third world country!!! I'M ANGRY!
