Sprint Complaint - Those short bus special reps they have
First of all, the crazy part of this story is that I work for Sprint. I STILL become almost livid when I call these clowns. The policy is all backwards...it guarantees that those that actually attempt to help customers fully will be rooted out and fired. That's another story. For now, I'll let you know that I started my service w/Sprint as soon as I began working for one of their call centers. I requested my employee discount be added to my account (I gave the manager at the store my corporate ID) and he ASSURED me that he would take care of of the matter. I realized that it wasn't applied after 2 months and since then it's been HELL. When you apply a discount, your contract is RENEWED. Since my discount was not added by no fault of my own, I have called in to customer care SEVERAL times and requested that my contract not be extended. The employees that I have spoken to are absolutely asinine. I've been hung up on at least 2 times. I have requested that it be noted that my contract not be extended, I have been LIED to and told that adding an employee discount doesn't do that. When I told them I worked for Sprint and that is an absolute lie (I've been told that 3 times). I request for their WORKER'S ID (they have to give it to you) and they explain that they can't. ANOTHER LIE. Then I ask to speak to managers and they repeat this jargon. Actually got one manager stated that she would note that my contract would NOT be extended once I added my discount. I agreed and I called back the next day to ask them to read me the MEMOS (keep that in mind when you call in) from the previous day and it mentioned NOTHING about employee discount. When I asked for the previous rep's IDs, again I was declined. Tomorrow I'm going to speak to my Operations Manager about these clowns. I'm outty as soon as my contract is up.
