Net10 prepaid phone service Complaint - And the scam is - true cost reactivation

Net 10 claims it has the best customer service rating in prepaid phones. Well they asked everyone but me. Recently, I attempted to reactivate a phone for my mother. I chose this phone because I had over 900 service days left on it. Upon purchasing the new minute card, I was informed that the SIM card was not registered. She then stated she would be glad to send me a new one. Which she did. After receiving it seven days later, the phone still did not work. After contacting customer service again, the phone began to work, but only after they stole two and a half hours of phone minutes, the original 900 service days and an additional 7 more days of service, being called a lair AND refusing issue a refund. When asked for a supervisor the whole phone system was supposedly down and no real supervisors on duty. then they gave me the wrong number to file a complaint with their company. Yes they are a little bit cheaper but it is just not worth the hassle, not to mention they don't seem to understand you and you can not understand them. Anywhere else is better.
