Car Toys Complaint - Poor customer service

SEATTLE -- Car Toys customer service are unresponsive, unprofessional, and does not help or answers email. I purchased a PIONEER AVIC -X910BT and a year later the equipment went out. Therefore not warantee by the manufacturer, lucky I purchased the extended warantee. However, after they dertermine that my stereo required repairs I was treated like a second class citizen at the store. They had to shipped my stereo to NJ for repair and nobody can tell me When I'll get back. In the mean time I have to run around without the equipment I $1700. The demenal was different from the time I purchased to when they had honor their contract. I was told to bring my stero the following night and upon arrival I was told
that there was no tech available and the next available appointment was not for a week, in the meantime new customers were being service. I emailed their customer service and were never contacted by anyone. I called custumer service but I was told the representative was traveling and could not be reach. The individual I spoke with was unprofessional and patronized me but did not get a sastifying answer. I am very displease with Car Toys service and will never again purchase anything from this company.
