Disneyland (California) Complaint - Looking to go and already had a bad expirience with their Customer Service!!!!!!
My daughter is turning 4 so for her birthday we want to take her to Disneyland for the very first time. She absolutely adores Mickey and Minnie Mouse. After looking online, I decided she would love the "My Disneyland Birthday Party" with Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
So, when I called the number listed on their website to make reservations for this party, I waited on hold for over 5 minutes for the customer service agent to irritatedly transfer me to another department. This was at 10 AM on a Wedneday morning and no one answered after waiting for an additional 5 minutes for the other department.
Then, at 2 PM I called again, after waiting on the line for almost 10 minutes a Customer Service Agent finally answered and was extremely rude. She was short with me, she didn't expain anything about the party or give me a confirmation for the reservation even after I asked.
I personally rate a company highly on their Customer Service skills, and it is extremely disappointing that the "Happiest Place on Earth" has rude and unhappy Customer Service Agents working for them and representing their business. Now, I'm extremely hesitant to see how our expirience goes for my daughter's birthday. :(
