Spirit Airlines Complaint - Robbed
I flew Spirit Airlines for the first time and it was terrible. On the way back to Boston they sold our seats to the highest bidder and then had the nerve to not accommodate me and tell me I was late for my flight. Which in fact I was 2 hrs early and they told me I should have been 3 hours early and that was the reason they could not reimburse me for my flight. DO NOT TRAVEL SPIRIT they have the worst service, the manager was the least helpful and very rude. There customer service lacks any empathy and I hope they go out of business.
