Priceline.com Complaint - Awful Customer Service
What should have been a simple five minute procedure turned into an hour and six phone calls just to get my money back. I simply canceled my car rental reservation and called Priceline to have the insurance I had charged to my credit card returned to me. The first guy told me I needed a name of the customer service person I talked to at Enterprise(which do not give out cancellation #s or names). The itinerary I was sent said in black and white that I am entitled to a full refund if I cancel ahead of time. So after talking to supervisors and two people who could barely speak English, the car rental people twice, and the insurance company, I finally got my $22 back but will have to wait a WEEK for the money. I will never ever use Priceline for anything again, period.
