Ashley Furniture Complaint - Poor Customer Service
ALABAMA -- First. Dining table and chairs my Mom purchased have already begun to fall apart. The legs of the chairs are metal and the screws have fallen out.
The living room ensemble she purchased and paid cash for on May 4, still has not been delivered as of June 11. She was told delivery date would be around May 24. No phone call from store when this did not happen. She finally had to call and was told they were behind and they would call when it was ready for delivery. To me this is not acceptable. If she just didn't hate to go out looking again, she would have canceled the order. As for me and her, we will never purchase from Ashley again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
