Sears Complaint - New washer & dryer
TULSA, OKLAHOMA -- Just bought & Paid CASH ($2,000)for the Sear Elite 800series w/d pair. WHen the delivery came all they did was drop-off the pair & connected the extra gas dryer kit I ad purched with it. Never asking me wher I wanted it located, so, they didn't put it in the correct spot, so the door handles are now Backwards.
Now, the washer was a Different story....1st they said they couldn't connect it due to some dain problem, then they Never showed me how to use the leveling tool so, when I went to use it, it bent! They never showed me how to connect they hoses, which they could have connected, but didn't! The packet was suppose to have some non-skid pad, which were missing.
I added a drain spout that day, they when I ran a cycle, the drain backed-up & the elbow tube overflowed. When tried to called back that same evening, got the run around, put on hold 3-times, recalled 3-times & spent a total of 45-90mins. still not getting anywhere. So, whent to the Website....same problem & they wanted an outragous fee or said to call. Even when put in under Sears Warranty, they said call. THis must be a ghost-site because I never did get any satisfaction that day, after dealling with it all day & finally giving up 12-hours later!
Think I'll go get a beer!
