Wilkie Lexus Complaint - Horrible Customer Service, VERY rude

HAVERTOWN, PENNSYLVANIA -- I called Wilkie Lexus to inquire of service to my Lexus and loaner car availabilty and both the woman who answered the general number was very rude as well as the female service person who answered the service line. It certainly caused me to choose another dealership. The last time I called and had my car serviced by wilkie lexus was years ago and I experienced the same horrible customer service treatment. I do not recommend Wilkie Lexus for anything.

You can tell Lexus about this at Lexus Customer Assistance, P.O. Box 2991-Mail Drop L201, Torrance, CA 90509-2991 or call 1-800-255-3987 (Vehicle or Dealership Experience -- use option 4).
