I ordered three products from this company in November 2009 for Christmas. It is now June 11, 2010 and have received only one of the three items. I have called the company numerous times to no avail. I finally got through to customer service two weeks ago to request a refund. They said the check was in the mail. The next day we got a USPS tracking number. Ten days after the tracking number we called again to confirm that they had really sent the check. Again, we got another USPS tracking number the next day. We are still waiting for the check. I will never do business with this company again and I pray that no one else falls into their trap. They have got a lot to learn about real customer service.
