XM RADIO illegally charged my credit card for $400 and refuses to refund the money. I bought a new vehicle in October of 2009 which gave me 3 months of xm radio for free. After the 3 months a sales thief called me to offer me a special 3 month offer for $20 so I accepted and gave him my CC number. At the end of the 3 months, XM RADIO billed my credit card for $400. I called them and they said it was for 3 years of service. I demanded a refund and they said they would refund the money to my credit card and give me 5 months of service for $12. I continued to check my CC balance and XM never refunded the money. I called them 4 times and each time they hang up on me. I am going to contest the CC charge. WARNING...DO NOT GIVE XM YOUR CC INFORMATION OR THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. This is legal corporate theft.

You must dispute the charge within 90-days of the date of the sale. Never let a merchant string you along because they are just attempting to run out the clock.
