Pampered chef Complaint - Out of the goodness of my heart
I recently bought a small microwavable pot at Pampered. Chef party. While heating Risotto, after 3 minutes, a hole was burned in the bottom and the rice ruined. I sent it back to the representative Her response: this can NEVER happened. It HAS to be something you did, its definitely your fault but.....OUT OF THE GOODNESS OF MY HEART, I will replace it. What I want to know is has this really NEVER happened before ?? and does this representative use the goodness of her heart comment with all her customer or only the ones over 70?
