Ashley Furniture Complaint - Poor quality
We purchased a set (couch and recliner) and loved it at first. Within 3 years the couch's frame started to fall apart and now my recliner's back support frame is broke. I've emailed and tried calling Ashley's service department and still have had no response from them. I have a strong feeling that we will never buy anything else from them. If you can't stand behind a warranty why have one. I paid 2300.00 dollars for junk. Next time I might as well go to a yard sale.
