Travelocity Complaint - Customer service SUCKS
Stay away, far far away. Booked with Travelocity from Geensboro, United cancelled my flight and said I must call Travelocity or Air Canada (the destination flight). United would not book that day,
maybe tomorrow or the next day. Called Travelocity, the agent connected me with United and then when the United agent came online cut me off. I was at the Greensboro airport 2 1/2 hours and on the phone for another 1/2 hour waiting for Travelocity to answer so I could get hung up on. Called Air Canada and they rescheduled me the next day, 1 1/2 hours origination from the original airport. Called Travelocity again, they said sorry I should have continued to call them until I got an agent who would connect me with Air Canada so I could make my own arrangements with Air Canada. DUH!!!!! Since I did this on my own they would no longer help me.
