Best Buy Informative - Tech Phone Support Rip Off
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- I just bought a laptop and router from Best Buy. I paid $20 for their 6 months of phone tech. support. The router would not recognize the laptop or connect to it. I called "Ask An Agent". The girl told me to reboot the computer, which I had done several times. She then told me I need a minimum $150 Geek Squad house call. She would not give any other phone support. This phone tech. support is nothing but bait, to solicit costly Geek Squad!
