Fiesta Guadalajara Compliment - Fiesta Guadalajara: Mi Casa Es Cu Casa ( My Home Is Your Home.)

Review by lasthonestsoul on 2010-06-15
MERIDIAN, IDAHO -- In the Treasure Valley of Idaho there are lots of Mexican restaurants to choose from. Some you look up and some you look down at the menu. Some are for those in a hurry, on just looking for something to fill that void in the gut and others are really looking for an experience.

At Fiesta Guadalajara in Meridian ID (on Fairview Ave. just before it turns to Cherry Lane in Meridian city center) you'll find a wonderful family run Mexican restaurant. The food is hot and inviting and always served on plates that require the server to use a bar towel to serve to your table. I have often gone with a two friends, ordered two different entrees and all three of us had plenty to eat. The Chicken Burrito with Rice and Beans is exceptional and the Fajitas whether you order chicken, beef or the combo with chicken beef and shrimp come from the kitchen sizzling and the aroma fills the entire room to the point that people at adjoining tables notice the sounds and smells that are now to be your very own. The fact that you can have most any beer and they serve multiple kinds of blended drinks( a blended Margarita to die for) makes this a place I have been proud to take my family and friends. The owner and his staff make a point to welcome new people and regulars with a big smile. The pricing is very reasonable and for the value better than the more expensive Mexican restaurants in the area.

PS There are discount coupons in the entertainment.com Boise ID book you can print online.

I always look forward to going to Fiesta Guadalajara in Meridian ID for lunch or dinner. Ola!

For all those very mediocre restaurants out there, no acknowledgment need be done. Simply don't go patronize their establishment. For those that do something extra or are consistently good, some notation should be made. Good service should be acknowledged.
