Comcast Corporation Complaint - Comcast strikes again
I ditched Comcast for cable TV several years ago but had to keep them as my Cable Internet provider. At the same time they all but forced me to convert to automatic payments, which is fine I actually don't mind those. However, my Internet was not working so I called Comcast you know the 1-800-COMCAST number. Well the first three times I called I got "We apologize but Comcast is experiencing an extremely high volume of calls right now. Please call back later." Click - Dial Tone. Thanks Comcast you suck. I finally got through today to find out they randomly stopped my automatic payments three months ago and didn't notify me. Remember when I said they all but forced me to covert to automatic payments, well they quit sending you a bill at that point too. So not only did they not notify me they were stopping the automatic withdrawal they also failed to notify me I had an unpaid balance due. Comcast may possibly be the worst customer service company on planet Earth. My favorite part of the whole situation is when I asked why the automatic withdrawal was stopped was the response "well I don't know my system does not tell me that information". Fantastic makes me wonder how Comcast has stayed in business. I paid my unpaid balance including the late fees they would not negotiate on, and will be looking for a different option for Broadband to get Comcast out of my house all together.
