Colonial Mazda Complaint - Misrepresented features

DANBURY, CONNECTICUT -- We purchased a Mazda CX9 and were told that it included a satellite radio. After hours of trying to work with the sales person and their service department to activate the radio we determined that no radio exists. Colonial Mazda expects us to pay $430 for the radio that was included in the price of the vehicle.

You shouldn't pay for a product that was not delivered. If they wish do not wish to return your money call your Connecticut Attorney General's Office at 860-808-5318 for assistance (full contact information at www.ct.gov/ag/).
