Karmaloop Complaint - Karmaloop does not stand behind defective clothing

I ordered a pair of shorts from Karmaloop, which had studs on them. One washing, as per instructions on the label, and two studs and their backings fell off, leaving gaping holes in their places. Karmaloop says they will not stand behind clothing which has been worn or washed.

All orders placed through Karmaloop are actually shipped from the individual vendors themselves. You should contact the manufacturer directly.

I figured it is because the store really doesn't know how you washed it, even if you did say it was by the label. Also, it has to do with the fact that they didn't make the item, you would have to go through the man for problems.
