Taco Bell Complaint - Bad service, untrained personnel,
CALIFORNIA -- My husband and I were travelling and stopped in Store #4992. It was around 11:00 am and not busy. We ordered six tacos and took our seat. The music was so loud we could not even have a conversation. I yelled to my husband that I was going to say something to the staff and he yelled good. People at another table yelled "GOOD!". Upon telling a young kid who worked the front counter, I was informed that there was nothing she could do about it. The volume on the music was under lock and key. Oh well! Fifteen minutes later we still had no tacos and the music was really getting on our last nerve. Back to the counter I go with another complaint and we finally got our six tacos. After one bite the little counter girl was yelling (she had to yell or no one would hear her) "Does anyone here own a green Chrysler 300?" That would be us. She then told us we would have to move our car so the garbage truck could make a pick-up. We were parked in a lined, designated parking spot with no signage indicating we shouldn't park there. So after moving the car and coming back to cold tacos we were thoroughly disgusted and want to be heard that Taco Bell is on the very last bottom of our list. Management at that place does not exist. Someone needs to take charge or lock the door.
