Dodge Complaint - Customer service stinks
I had problems with the brakes on my van, the pads wore out at 16,000 miles, had previously had front wheel bearings go out. complained that it should be covered under warranty and was more or less told it wasn't there problem.
then they had a customer service representative call my house several times during the day and left annoying messages that they had tryed to contact me but couldn't, and he was not smart enough to leave a phone number for me to return a call. now if this guiennis is at work calling me, wouldn't you think that perhaps I work too and would not be home and leave a return number.
this was my first Dodge, I have always had Honda oddesy's and will be returning to one as soon as I can get rid of this van.
Dodge should have went bankrupt while they had the chance, they will not be seeing any more of my money.
