Hello Kitty Debit Mastercard Complaint - Never Received Product/Bad Customer Service

UTAH -- 12/6/2004 Ordered the Hello Kitty Debit Mastercard at www.hellokittycard.com. No email confirmation received.
12/8/2004 My credit card was charged $27.95. Didn't receive debit card in mail.
12/15/2004 Sent email message through the website. No response.
12/15/2004 Called company at 1-877-868-0849. Automated system requests the card number (I didn't receive a card, and therefore do not know the number). I can't get a live person at this number.
12/18/2004 Sent 2nd email message through the website. No response.
12/28/2004 Called company at phone number 1-888-440-9958 (number given on my credit card statement). Told to call 1-800-807-5660 for customer service.
12/28/2004 Called company at phone number 1-800-807-5660. Automated system directs me to call 1-801-383-1017 for live assistance.
12/28/2004 Called company at phone number 1-801-383-1017. Automated system informs me it will be $1 per minute for live assistance. I hung up.
12/28/2004 Called company at phone number 1-888-440-9958 again. Explained all the above info. Requested a refund. I was informed my request for a refund was submitted and would take up to 30 days to process.
I guess we'll see...
