TV Ears Complaint - TV Ears is Inferior Quality with No Resolution of Problems
I purchased a set of TV Ears from Costco several months ago. A month or so after purchase, the sound in the left ear became intermittent and the stem had to be moved about to get it to reconnect. This problem became constant after a short while. Now, which is several months later, the plastic stem for the left ear broke off, making the unit dis-functional. Calling the company produced no remedy other than to buy a replacement unit for $40 plus shipping, which is about what I paid for it in the first place. I recommend finding a better, higher quality product before buying this one.
