Lowe's Complaint - Installation
CLINTON, MARYLAND -- I baganned the process of purchasing and installation of a storm door for the front entrance door of my home. This process beganned on 05/15/10 and is still not complete. Most recently I was told that Lowe's was awaiting my presence to pick the style of product I wanted. I had previously made appearances at the store requesting when this process would take place. I was told that the entry way needed to be measured. That was accomplished. One week later when I inquired of the next step needed, I was told that because the subcontractor move his business location he misplaced the initial information relative to the placement of the storm door. Each step of the way I had to inquire what was happening and was told that I would be contacted by the store installation personnel. I feel I am being treated in the most unprofessional manner.
