Dish Network Complaint - Bad Service - I need another receiver
JEWETT, TEXAS -- Every night I come Home and have to do the same thing. Reset the Receiver. I have been doing this for almost a year. The receiver is bad, and they won't send another. If I can convince them to send a serviceman out of course the thing won't do it while he is here. Now, they make you pay $29 to come out even if you have a warranty. I pay $6. amonth every month. I have been emailing them every night telling them what I am doing and they haven't responded to any of the emails. Does that tell you something. They are wearing their name out. But what are we to do. There is only two ways to get TV. Dish or Direct. ???
