DOVER,, DELAWARE -- My experience with Gevalia is similar to those others in that one will receive a different foreign-speaking representative. While I have no anomisity towards anyone who is not American, I do find it very exasperating that these customer service reps do not understand how we deal with customer service in America. Furthermore, it is difficult to understand them. Plus, they are very ssssslllllooooowwwww!

I have been receiving a bill for shipping and handling for a shipment I did not order. I have phoned at least four times (or more) and every representative tells me "I will take care of this for you." If, indeed, it had been taken care of I wouldn't still be receiving statements. Furthermore, the final "statement" is from a collection agency. Of course, the routing system at this agency (North Shore Agency) never gets you to a live one!!! Most significantly, the mailboxes for extension numbers "are full." I feel that I'm not the one who is a fool and do not believe the routing system will ever get me to a real live representative.

I plan to pay this bill to get all those reps, etc. off my back, but I feel my experience is worth a negative report. Customer service is so important, about number one on the list, that one would think this company would like to remain in business.
