Whirlpool/Kitchenaid Complaint - Kitchenaid/Whirlpool warranty

PO BOX 5746, CAROL STREAM, , ILLINOIS -- Guess I got duped thinking that KA or Whirlpool are quality. Looks like lots of other folks have the same issue with self clean not working, oven door locking, control panel failure, etc. I understand design flaws but I do not understand not taking care of known problems. The Kitchenaid service plan and it's administration is a total joke. Conversations are not properly documented or documented at all. Each time you call in it is like you are starting from the beginning. You are left on hold for long periods of time, you are transferred to the "wrong" department, transferred back and have to start all over, supervisors are not available and when you do get a hold of one what they tell you they are going to do never happens. Very frustrating. We have not been able to use our oven at all for over three months, we have lost income waiting for service techs that do not show up or know what they are doing. I was finally referred to the service plan administration for the "lemon" clause to replace my appliance. No one contacted me for five days so I called back and basically started all over again. Very, very, very frustrating. Low quality appliance and absolutely horrible service.
