Horrible customer service Complaint - Horrible custmer service

Review by don't buy from this company on 2010-06-18
Horrible customer service!!! Our product came completely out of specs and not similar to what is on the picture or instructions. I've sent at least ten email with all requirements (scanned receipt, pictures, etc) they keep on saying their server is too old and cannot receive these documents....my documents are only 280 kb. The representative sounds very rude and argumentative without any resolutions.... Philip is his name. I requested to talk to his manager about this since it's been already a month since I started my complaint... Besides this product being different than the specified product is also cheap and it punctures really easy.

Save your money and go to a Waterpark.

I don't know about that one. Some waterparks are quite nasty.

Okay then turn on the sprinklers at the house. It worked for us back in the day.

I agree with Kisha...sprinklers and water balloons! We didn't have these huge soaker squiters, but we did have squirt guns...but I wouldn't advise kids to take those to school.

It worked for us, too, lakisha. And I"ll bet we had just as much fun for a lot less money. Is this the same person who spent $1,000 on the slide?

Dryad, water parks and public pools are not for me. They can either be nasty or so filled with chemicals that it's just not worth it.

S***, we had fun just sticking the (cold) water hose down each other's trunks to see who could stand it the longest! Anyone remember that? Or the lame sprinkler that just rotated from one side to the other in a rainbow shape, and you'd spend all afternoon just running through it and laughing. Simple times...good fun(:

We didn't have any sprinklers...uh...we didn't have a lawn. But playing with the hose was mighty fun. And, it didn't kill us to drink from the hose.

Hose water is the bomb!!!
I grew up swimming in public pools. There was nothing better than going home with your eyes being all red and irritated from the chlorine and dried out skin!

Come on Kisha...we all know you opened up the fire hydrants and played in the street!

Dryad> I never mentioned the lame sprinkler was in OUR yard...LOL!
Posted by Anonymous on 2010-06-18:
I have a sprinkler system now, I just don't know where the heads are.

Posted by Anonymous on 2010-06-18:
Turn it on and the heads will pop up.
