DirecTV Inc Complaint - Terrible Service and no Trial period
Being new to DirecTV, I was surprised that every time a thunderstorm occurred, my service disconnected. After 6 weeks and 10 thunderstorms with disconnection services, it was time to call.
To my surprise there is no trial period. If you cancel, there is a charge of $20 a month for 24 months. In my case, that amounted to $420.00.
I explained my problem in detail,, other than sending a technician out, there were no other options.
Now the $420.00 will be charged. They lost a customer forever!!! Does not seem like good business to me. I even return the receivers that I paid extra for. Win/Win for DirecTV and Lose/Lose for me.
If there is ever a law suit against DirecTV, I will be happy to participate.
Nothing to block my satellite signal. Clear view of sky over 55 acres. No trees and no buildings.
