Maroone Nissan pembroke pines Complaint - Service center pembroke pines

PEMBROKE PINES, FLORIDA -- I have a Nissan rogue which I took for service at maroone Nissan in pembroke pines. Since I had reached 30000 miles on the car I took it in for a routine checkup, and immediately after I began having problems with the transmission, so I took it back to the service center and they reassured me that nothing was wrong with the car. However, the problems with the transmission continued. Finally when I had passed 40000 miles and my warranty expired 2 different lights came on so I decided to take tge car in to a mechanic who was a family friend. Well, within 2 minutes of checking the car he called me over to show me how two cables from the ventilator were dissconnected, which was the cause of my transmission failing. This was obviously done on purpose, and I had to pay out of my pocket over $1000. I don't k ow where to go from here! The mechanic tole me I could sue them but I am not sure who to even contact. I hope at least that someone reads this and doesn't take their car there, because the Nissan mechanical are all about the money and little about customer care. Please save yourself the headache and take your car in for service somewhere else.
