Travelocity Complaint - Never Rebook, Call Customer Service, 1 1/2 hour on-hold
I had to cancel and reissue my flight after funeral services were postponed. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone to reissue my flight. It took 20 minutes just to check which flight would be cheaper. In fact I am on hold right now while writing this review. I hope this will save someone some waisted time. Their customer service is terrible. It would help if they hired employees that spoke English correctly. I will never book through Travelocity again and will ensure no one I know will either.
